It would be better if the gadget was one piece to reduce the leakage.
These things are amazing. They are a real game changer for work holding. I am using them on an MFT top and Bow products dogs. They really like the work piece down, they are easy to reposition, and are so much better than any type of clamp that interferes with the work surface. One of the best purchases I’ve made for my shop in many years.

These pucks work great. I use them to hold workpieces for sanding. I don’t have to chase the wood around the bench anymore.
